The project “On the way of culture and craftsmanship – Sakiai-Budry” is not only the renovation of historic buildings, but also joint Polish-Lithuanian cultural and recreational events, youth exchange and other activities that allow you to learn about the customs and traditions of both countries.
Thanks to the funds from the INTERREG Lithuania – Poland program received by the Budry commune, the mill in Budry acquires a new, majestic image and splendor! It looks impressive in both beautiful and cloudy aura. The renovated building will be a place of educational activities related with craftsmanship and bread baking tradition.
